At QualityAdvantage, we're often a little different!

- We do not offer any of those ineffective "ISO kits" offered online. A kit will not get you registered! A kit cannot reduce your quality costs. A kit will give you no "hands-on" help!

Our Leader
QualityAdvantage was created by Robert (Bob) Holm, President. Our rapidly-growing company was formed in 1998. Bob has more than forty years experience creating, implementing, improving and directing Quality Management Systems, including thirty years with international corporate responsibilities.
His career includes success in consumer products, petroleum equipment, HVAC and automotive industries. Bob's extensive knowledge of ISO 9000-based quality system standards, combined with his enthusiastic implementation, training and facilitation skills help him to lead organizations to improve their quality management systems and to reduce their quality costs.
Bob holds a Master's degree in Operations Management from University of Arkansas and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute). Bob is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and ASQ Certified Quality Manager.
Jessica Holm, Vice President of Customer Satisfaction, joined the firm in October, 2002. Jessica specializes in PPAP/FMEA training and facilitation, and is a certified FMEA Facilitator.
Robert and Jessica are joined by QualityAdvantage Partners and subject-matter experts all across the USA, all comparably experienced and enthusiastic.
